Revolution In Bloom, Vegan Comfort Food and Beer

Vegans rejoice! A new "vegan comfort food + beer & wine bar" called Revolution in Bloom is opening up sometime in fall 2014. We don't know much about the new spot, save for what is stated on their website, "So after a couple of years in our home kitchen cooking up these old favorites, our plant based dining concept was born." Their site also states that they'll serve up foods that are "100% plant based," listing out some pretty surprising options like spicy buffalo wings and mac and cheese. As for the goal of the new spot, "our restaurant aims to bring plant based cooking into the mainstream by providing a unique family style dining experience with mouthwatering foods."
