Daniel Boulud's DBGB Kitchen & Bar is taking over db Bistro Moderne from May 27 to July 4, when executive chef Jason Pringle and executive pastry chef Jerome Maure will recreate some of the fan favorites from chef Boulud's casual New York restaurant, as well as offer DBGB's famous "Whole Hog Feasts."
