A massive chain Japanese barbecue joint called Gyu-Kaku (with 700 locations including cities like Beverly Hills, Chicago and Boston) has opened in Brickell. Short Order reports that the restaurant "opened quietly a few weeks back," but isn't having it's official grand opening until tonight. [SO]
