Vintro Kitchen, Mediterranean Food in an 'Adult Playland'

The soon to open Vintro Hotel & Kitchen, a 50 room luxury boutique hotel that bills itself as an "adult playland," will be home to a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant helmed by North Carolina-based chef Giorgios Nikolas Bakatsias. The 67-seat indoor/outdoor Vintro Kitchen will focus on seasonal and local ingredients to create a sharing plate menu of "imaginative yet familiar dishes," writes a press release, as well as a global selection of boutique wines and creative cocktails. No official opening date as of yet, but stay tuned.
