After a not-so-fantastic review from Miami.com, Tony Mantuano's recently (-ish) opened Lorenzo decided to replace their executive chef. Today came the announcement that the new exec chef will be Chris Wyman, a culinary veteran with 15 years of experience, who's worked at restaurants like Oceana and, most recently, Scarpetta in New York. According to a press release, the restaurant will continue to serve "traditional Italian fare met by flavors of the American market."
