1) Coral Gables: This month we're touring the seven historic 'theme villages' of Coral Gables. Stop one, in all its exotic glory, is the Chinese Village.
2) Brickell To Dadeland South: The M-Path, currently an access road beneath Miami's Metrorail that is popular with joggers and bicyclists, is the subject of a campaign to turn it into a High Line-esque linear park. Proposals include elevated walkways, landscaping, plazas, and the like.
3) Palm Beach: A lakeside Venetian palazzo in Palm Beach built with riches made by the guy who founded Checkers Drive-In has hit the market for $14.8 million.
