BAL HARBOUR — Kicking off 13th Annual Miami Spice will be three "Miami Spice Mash-Ups," chef collaborations at which each chef will preview select dishes from their upcoming Spice menus. The first takes place Wednesday, June 25, when chef Bradley Kilgore of J&G Grill and chef Jose Mendin of Pubbelly will serve a six-course meal together. Ending things on a sweet note, two desserts will be offered, one from Mendin, one from J&G's pastry chef, Antonio Bachour. Dinner is priced at $65 per person and includes a complimentary mojito.
