A new gastropup called Gluttonous Goat is opening up in Boca Raton tomorrow at 4 p.m. (in the former MoQuila space), reports Clean Plate Charlie. Owned by Brian Marcotte (who previously worked at Rebel House) and Michael Amato, the restaurant will offer "everything small-batch, local and craft served up in a casual, tavern-style atmosphere." CPC notes that the menu has a "decided Caribbean flare" and offers guests a taste of the "cooking techniques Marcotte said he developed while living in the West Indies" (think "charred lamb shank, crawfish and gator stew"). More info this way.
