Bartender Louis Salgar Found Dead Inside Home

Louis Salgar, bartender at the Broken Shaker, was found dead in his home at at NE Eighth Court and 85th Street, yesterday afternoon, reports CBS Miami. CBS writes that Salgar's roommate called to alert police that he was shot and killed, adding that it was not clear if the roommate was home when the shooting happened. Police have been unable to identify a motive for the murder and request that anyone with information call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at (305) 471-TIPS.

The Broken Shaker writes on their Facebook page: "Broken shaker family is sad today by the lost of one of our brothers. RIP Louis Salgar you will be missed."
