Miami may have taken a little longer than other big cities to join in on the juicing mania, but now (think Jugofresh's mega takeover) it's certainly catching up. New to the trend is a spot called Juice Lab, a cold-pressed juice bar helmed by Colorado transplant Jennifer Pansa, a nationally recognized yoga instructor, and gourmet raw food chef Nicolas Torrent. Juices, which range from $6 to $12 based on seasonal availability, include options like "Sweet Green," with pear, cucumber, spinach, romaine, cilantro and lime, and "Pink Lemonade," with grape, lemon, pomegranate and beet. Once they open this Fall, Juice Lab will offer free delivery to select areas and discounts to guests who recycle empty bottles.
