In an interview with Miami New Times, chef Fabio Viviani tells the blog he plans on moving to Miami. Viviani, who's opening up his Chicago-born Siena Tavern down here, says, "I am so committed to this restaurant that I am getting my own place in Miami" adding that this will be his "home base." [SO]
