Vegans (and everyone else who's madly in love with this place), the news that Vegan Choices Cafe in Brickell location is closing because developers purchased the land it sits on probably more than stings. Luckily though, the cafe recently opened an Upper East Side hub, and they still have an outpost near the airport, so you won't have to do completely without, plus they are already looking for a new location. As for when Choices will shut its Brickell doors, brothers Alex and Jorge Cuevas tell Short Order they're expecting July. In the above video, a montage announcing the shutter with various theme-appropriate songs, the owners seem optimistic about the future and finding a new location soon.
