Toro Toro's Barbecue Series; Wynwood Kitchen & Bar's Taste of Germany

FORT LAUDERDALE — Chima Brazilian Steakhouse has just launched a few new, lighter, "figure-friendly" menu options. Think vegetable skewers, galeto (cornish hen) skewers and a quinoa salad. If you want it all, there's a "salad bar option" for a pre-set price of $32.50 that includes the salad bar, side dishes, grilled swordfish and salmon and the two new skewers. [EaterWire]

DOWNTOWN — Check out Toro Toro's new barbecue series available Monday through Friday during lunch and Monday through Sunday during dinner. Every few months they'll be changing up their offerings a bit. July through September, they're doing Korean barbecue; October through December they'll feature Spanish Parillada; January through March they'll serve Japanese Nikkei barbecue and April through June, Mexican barbecue. MIAMI BEACH — Tongue & Cheek doesn't usually serve brunch on Fridays, but they're making an exception this week to celebrate the fourth of July. Remember, brunch goes from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Bottomless mimosas, bellinis, bloody marys and selected craft beers are available for $25 per person. Oh, and PBRs are just $2. [EaterWire]

WYNWOOD — Wynwood Kitchen & Bar continues their monthly summer dining event with "a taste of Germany" menu, which will be available for a limited time during lunch and dinner beginning July 3. The series ends with a Portugal-themed menu in August. [EaterWire]

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS — A Cali-based pizza chain called Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza is coming to Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton, reports Clean Plate Charlie. According to the blog, the pizzeria is LeBron James-approved (he's an investor in the franchise), so get excited. [CPC]
