Looks like Panther Coffee is continuing their domination of the Miami coffee scene. According to Coconut Grove Grapevine, the popular coffee shop just signed a lease for a Coconut Grove outpost in the Engle Building on 3407 Main Highway.
Co-owner Leticia Pollock told Eater that they "optimistically" will have the Grove location open by this October. Panther already has two locations in Miami, in the Wynwood and Sunset Harbour neighborhoods, with a few more in MiMo and Little Haiti in the works. Pollock hopes all five locations will be open in the next twelve months.
