30-year old mainstay New Chinatown has closed its doors, reports Miami.com. On their front window, the South Miami eatery posted a sign that reads, "Sorry. We're Closed." The blog notes the property has been sold and will be turned into a "mixed-use retail-office space." [Miami.com]
