Welcome to our photo series Eater Scenes, where Eater photographer Cortney Cates visits some of the city's great restaurants to capture them at a certain, and very specific, point in the day. Today, Red, The Steakhouse.
Originally opened in Ohio in 2004, Red The Steakhouse has, since launching its Miami location in 2009, become one of the city's most iconic steakhouses. Known for its robust menu of Certified Angus Beef, other meaty delights and chef Peter Vauthy's classic dishes made with sauces and garnishes from scratch, the steakhouse is in almost full swing even during the week. For this special The Five Days of Meat edition of Eater Scenes, photographer Cortney Cates captured Red, and its meaty kitchen happenings, on a Monday evening at 8:30 p.m. Check it out.
