Vintro Hotel's Vintro Kitchen is scheduled to open this Thursday, August 14. The kitchen, which is managed by chef Giorgios Nikolas Bakatsias and chef de cuisine Keith Suarino, will churn out a contemporary menu of "sumptuous fare" reflective of Mediterranean culture and the slow food movement with simply prepared farm-to-table focused on rich flavors and seasonal and local ingredients, per a press release. As for decor, think rustic and sophisticated with details like an antique Cuban tiled floor, delicate chandeliers that hang from a 30-foot ceiling, a copper faced 1700's clock from a European clock tower and green window shutters that line the dining room walls.
