Big Time Restaurant Group strikes again with their latest venture, Louie Bossi's Ristorante, Bar & Pizzeria, named in honor of the group's longstanding relationship with their chef Louie Bossi. Currently the executive chef at BTRG's Big City Tavern, Bossi will helm what will be a huge Italian eatery "inspired by the traditions of the great Italian American restaurants in New York and Chicago," per a release.
Boasting 10,000 square feet, the restaurant will have five distinct indoor and outdoor dining experiences including a 2,000 square-foot piazza with a fire pit, a salumi bar, indoor dining room and bar, and a large outdoor bar facing Las Olas Boulevard. A wood burning pizza oven and open kitchen will sit center stage.
Louie Bossi's will be open seven days a week for lunch, dinner and late night hours. Stay tuned for details on official opening dates and more,
