Sardinia Enoteca Ristorante partners, Antonio Gallo and Pietro Vardeu, have just announced two new upcoming additions to their repertoire. First to open will be a spot called Moye (80 SW 8th Street) and shortly after will be Campania (4029 North Miami Avenue—former Egg & Dart location). Both will take on regional Italian fare from the areas of Puglia, Naples and the Amalfi Coast. "Sardinia's success has convinced us that Miamians love authentic, rustic Italian and we think the timing is right – and both Brickell and the Design District presented great opportunities," says Gallo in a release. While chef Pietro will oversee both menus, the duo will be bringing in staff from Italy to man both kitchens once the eateries open sometime early fall.
