As previously reported, TITOU Hospitality, the restaurant group behind Pistache French Bistro, PB Catch, and Patrick Lézé Palm Beach, is opening their fourth concept (and soon), a French bakery and café called Paneterie. On why he and the team chose to open in Palm Beach again, Primary proprietor Thierry Beaud tells us "we've lived, worked and played in this community for a many years, and we've taken the time to understand and appreciate the lifestyles and preferences of both Palm Beach and West Palm Beach diners over the years," adding, "the West Palm Beach culinary scene is definitely growing up, but not in a snooty or boring way." Though the official ribbon cutting is scheduled for September 3, Thierry is confident the cafe will begin service by August 28.
