Red Ginger Taps Former Top Chef Masters Contestant Herb Wilson as Executive Chef

More news has just emerged on Menin Hospitality's latest project, Red Ginger: The team has brought in New York native Herb Wilson, a former Top Chef Masters contestant with scads of experience at successful restaurants in New York and Las Vegas.

Before stepping in as executive chef at Red Ginger, Wilson worked under renowned chefs Patrick Clark and Larry Forgione of An American Place, and honed his skills at the three-star Michelin rated kitchens of Gerard Pangaud and Le Freres Troisgros. Most recently, he was the executive chef of Sushi Samba in Las Vegas.This will be the chef's first foray into the Miami dining scene. As for Red Ginger, the Southeast Asian concept is slated for a winter opening. Stay tuned for more!
