The investor behind wildly popular eateries like Zuma, La Petite Maison, Roka and more, Arjun Waney, is apparently bringing Miami a new dose of trendy with his London-based hot spot, Coya, reports Miami.com. The blog doesn't offer any date for this new venture, but does note that "Coya won't be opening anytime soon." As for what's to come at the Peruvian restaurant (last year named best restaurant by Zagat), expect ceviches, other Peruvian classics, a pisco bar and plenty of other boozy options, if it's anything like its UK sibling. Check out the London menus this way, and stay tuned for more info as we get it.
