Details on Scott Conant's latest venture have been confirmed today by Miami.com. Turns out the chef is indeed opening his second Miami restaurant (his first being Scarpetta) and, as speculated, it will be inside of a hotel. The blog says his newest project will open at Turnberry Isle Miami in Aventura. No news on the concept or, as the blog writes, "whether the concept will be another Scarpetta," but stay tuned.
