Husband and wife duo Fred and Susan Kim, team behind Lauderhill's praised Korean restaurant, Gabose, have opened up a second Korean restaurant next door to their two-decade mainstay called Gabose Pocha a.k.a "Gabocha" this past weekend. A source tells us the new eatery is more of "a pub with fresh made 'shrub' cocktails and Korean style bar/pub food," that keeps it "authentic from the recipes, to the tables and serving tins (flown in from Korea) all the way down to the K-pop music playing in the background till 2 a.m. every night." Though Pocha is, like its predecessor, located in Lauderhill, the Kims have been looking into the Dade area for future expansions, so stay tuned. Have more details for us? The tipline is always open.
