Best New Restaurant, a new Bravo TV food-reality series from the minds of Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio and British chef Gordon Ramsay, is about to make its debut, and several Miami restaurants will be featured. Produced by Ramsay and hosted by Colicchio, the show, which is structured similarly to Ramsay's UK show Ramsay's Best Restaurant, will pit new restaurants (opened for less than three years) "against each other in a series of challenges aimed at determining which provides the best top-to-bottom experience," per a press release over on Eater National. The Miami restaurants that will battle it out are: Buns & Buns, The Federal Food Drink & Provisions, R House, Tongue & Cheek and Dolce Italian. Also in the run are 11 other restaurants from "Austin (Barlata Tapas Bar, Porter Ale House, Restaurant Jezebel, Swift's Attic), New York (The Pines, Morgan's Barbecue, L'Apicio) and Los Angeles," per Miami.com.
