Take a Look at the Soon-To-Be Open Ms. Cheezious Restaurant

One of Miami's original food trucks, Ms. Cheezious, is finally going permanent. After much anticipation, and a few hiccups along the way, the restaurant plans to open to the public on February 1.

As we have reported in the past, the restaurant was hit with some massive delays in the build out (it was originally slated to open more than a year ago) but it seems as if that is all squared away from the images below.

The restaurant's menu will expand to include items like house-cured bacon, smoked meats, salads, craft sodas, beer and wine. But don't worry, the cheesy sandwiches that Ms. Cheezious has built its name on will still be very much on the menu.

The indoor/outdoor space, located at 7418 Biscayne Blvd., features original artwork by local artist DELVZ, who happened to design the Ms. Cheezious logo, plus an outdoor garden with seating.
