Adding their hats into Miami's ever growing brunch scene are three newcomers to list just in time for the weekend.

Launching their brunch this weekend is Catalan newcomer NIU Kitchen. The a la carte menu served both Saturday and Sunday from 1 - 4 p.m. includes items like middleneck clams with sofrito, diced jamón ibérico, and sherry vinegar ($15), poached eggs with truffled potato foam, jamón Ibérico, and black truffle ($14), and calamar a la planxa with potato cream ($16). Cardamom mimosas will also be on hand for $11 a pop.

Siena Tavern also has begun its weekend long brunch with its menu offered Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Expect dishes like lobster hash with caramelized vegetables ($21), steak & eggs ($19), caramelized waffles ($14) and house-made granola with fresh berries and honey ($12). If you want to make your brunch a bit boozy, $30 bottomless mimosas or bloody marys are available.

Over in Wynwood, Shikany begins its Sunday brunch this weekend from 11:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. The a la care menu includes choices like Crispy Suckling Pig Head doused in leche de tigre ($22) and a maple marrow butter accented Crispy Duck Confit & Waffle ($12), and your first bellini, bloody mary or mimosas is on the house.
