Get ready for three more spots to dine at in the booming Sunset Harbour neighborhood. The Real Deal reported yesterday that developer Scott Robins has signed leases for three new restaurants in the building from some of Miami's top names including the people behind JugoFresh, Fratelli La Bufala and former Khong River House Chef Bee.

The first restaurant to open up will be a La Moderna, an Italian concept from the people behind Fratelli La Bufala. In about three months from now much anticipated Thai concept, NaiYaRa, plans to finally open its doors with Chef Bee at the helm, according to The Real Deal.

As for the new JugoFresh space, who already has its original outpost in the Sunset Harbour area, The Real Deal reports that it's owner Matthew Sherman has signed a lease for a 2,000 square-foot vegan restaurant and market with plans to open in the next six months.

Eater Miami reached out to the reps for JugoFresh who tell us something that contradicts The Real Deal report saying, "JugoFresh is not opening a restaurant at Sunset Harbour, however Matthew Sherman and Darren Laszlo have a concept brewing for that space."

What the new concept is exactly? They were tight lipped about. Stay tuned for more details on that space when we get them.
