Has La Gazzetta Closed?

Thanks to a tipster, Eater Miami has been notified of the more-than-likely closing of Brickell's La Gazzetta restaurant.

The tipster says about the space that there are, "no more tables and the booze is gone from the bar. When you go to their website, you get redirected to the Sorbo Restaurant Group's page, which lists two restaurants but not La Gazzetta."

Indeed the site does redirect you to the company's main page with La Gazzetta suspiciously missing from the listings. The restaurant's phone number seems disconnected as well. Calls to Sorbo Restaurant Group have not been returned. Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available. [EaterWire]
