Ahhh, Sustain’s wet fries. The pile of freshly fried fries topped with a bone marrow gravy and served in a hot skillet was a favorite of many.

It was the now-defunct restaurant’s version of the classic poutine and became an instant hit during the restaurant short — but notable — run from 2010 to 2012.
