Miami Chefs Reflect on the Restaurants They Miss The Most

See which ones they picked

We asked some of Miami's top chefs and restauranteurs what spots around town they missed the most, here's what they had to say:

Nedal Ahmad — Pao Town and Chow Down Grill

Daniel Serfer — Always Red Light, more recently though Box Park.

Giorgio Rapicavoli — New Chinatown in Sunset and Sra. Martinez

Todd Erickson — I miss Joe Allen and Pubbelly Steak, funny enough both in the same location. I also miss World Resource Cafe as its closing marked the end of an era of independently owned/operated restaurants in Lincoln Road.

Aniece Meinhold — Mosaico. It was a molecular Spanish restaurant back in the day - circa 2003-2004. The food was incredible! I worked there for two and half years; formed my perspective about food, wine and what I wanted to do with my life. We were ahead of our time. To this day, some of the best food this city's ever seen.

Jamie DeRosa — Tudor House

Julian Baker — Bond Street and Sra. Martinez

Jeremiah Bullfrog — American Noodle Bar

Jose Mendin — La Broche, Norman's, Chef Allens
