BRICKELL — In honor of Three Kings Day — which is today, FYI — db Bistro Moderne has begun selling its traditional Galette Des Rois (aka Kings Cake for those who don't parlez-vous français) from now until January 31. The 8-inch galette is available for $32. Cakes can be ordered at lunch and dinner service or for take out, and for guests dining at the restaurant, it can also be ordered by the slice. [EaterWire]
