Doral, get ready to get your beer drinking on.
According to the Miami New Times, MIA Brewing is finally opening the doors to its tap room this Friday, January 9. The facility opened in Doral in September 2014, but due to lack of permitting the owners weren't able to open to the tasting room until now.
While article states it's clearly a soft opening -- meaning no growlers and beer flights -- plenty of beer will still be on hand. The team has been brewing away some special drafts for the tap room kick off like a M.I.A IPA, 305 Lager, a Lost In Paradise (passion fruit pink peppercorn saison), Blue Monster-Grand Cru (a Belgian strong dark blended with blue agave and aged in Tequila barrels), Mai Tai (Belgian wit brewed with almonds, orange peel and amarena cherries), My Li'l Brony (Session Brown Ale with maple wood and vanilla bean) along with plenty of others.
A proper grand opening for the space is still in the works. Stay tuned for more details or send us a tip on the tip line.
