Top Chef Finalist Lindsay Autry Announces New Restaurant, The Regional Kitchen & Public House

Season 9 Top Chef finalist Lindsay Autry announced today her first foray into the world of restaurant ownership with THE REGIONAL Kitchen & Public House set to open up in downtown West Palm Beach’s CityPlace in early 2016.

The restaurant plans to serve American cuisine featuring, "local ingredients, seasonally influenced dishes" made with "sophisticated techniques." Design details haven't been set yet, but we're told the 10,000-square-foot space will feature an open-kitchen, outdoor patio and an "elaborate" bar and lounge area.

Teaming up with Autry for this restaurant is Thierry Beaud, the man behind places like Pistache French Bistro, Paneterie Café and PB Catch Seafood & Raw Bar, and who she happened to worked with back in 2014 as a consultant.

No firm opening date set yet, as for now all we know is early next year.
