One of the cuisines certainly having its time in the sun right now is Peruvian. And the latest addition to the ever-growing Peruvian cuisine is the now open GK Bistronomie in Wynwood.
On the menu expect plenty of traditional "artfully plated" Peruvian dishes like ceviches and tiraditos along with heartier main dishes like the classic Rib Eye steak, all prepared by Executive Chef and Partner, Rafael Perez . As for libations, its sticking with the Peruvian theme serving up handcraft Pisco infusions, featuring Sours and Chicanos.
The décor of the space blends in well with its artsy neighborhood with white pine tables, indoor-outdoor bar made of black granite and iron, and high ceiling walls adorned with various works of art, hand-selected by Perez himself.
The restaurant is now open for lunch Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., dinner Monday through Saturday 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. and "late-night" Thursday to Saturday from 11p.m. to 2 a.m.
