Last week, Restaurant Business Magazine posted its annual top-grossing independent restaurants in America list. Qualifications for the list were the restaurant could have no more than five locations.
Miami Beach's Joe's Stone Crab and Prime 112 both came in the top ten, placing at spots number 3 and 9 respectively. Bal Harbour's Makoto also made the list coming in at number 92.
Joe's grossed $36,136,486 last year with a check average of $85, Prime 112 made $23,500,000 with a $115 check average and Makoto made $12,437,096 with a check average of $60. Check out the whole list this way.
