Stephen Starr's restaurant empire shows no signs of slowing down. Later this Fall he plans on opening his second restaurant inside the uber swanky Bal Harbour Shops called Le Zoo.
The French-inspired brasserie will just be a few doors down from his Makoto restaurant and will feature classic French fare like Steak Tartare and Onion Soup Gratinée prepared by Executive Chef Craig Wallen who joins Le Zoo after three years at the helm of Cesca and a prior position at Spasso in New York City.
No official date for the opening has been released, all we know for now is sometime in November.
