Sliderz, the new mini-burger chain with the slogan "size doesn't matter," has officially opened up its first of seven locations in South Florida at 1817 NE 123rd Street.
The new concept is the brainchild of Buzzy Sklar, the man behind Burger & Beer joint, and it offers up basically every sandwich combo you can think of, just in miniature form. The menu has been "curated" by consulting chef Josh Marcus of Josh's Deli and features the more traditional hamburger sliders to meatball hero sliders to chicken parm sliders and everything in between.
The fast-casual restaurant is now open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. with locations in Coral Springs, South Beach, Midtown, South Miami, Plantation and Fort Lauderdale in the works.
