Miami Beach officially has another Iron Chef in the mix. Over the weekend Alex Guarnaschelli, along with China Grill Management, opened up their latest restaurant, Driftwood Room, inside the new Nautilus South Beach Hotel.
The menu for Driftwood is described as, "cuisine of South France with a Miami palate." Dishes like cobia crudo, whole roasted cauliflower and Florida head-on shrimp. Along with Driftwood, Guarnaschelli is also overseeing all the F&B for the hotel meaning she crafted the menus found at the pool, hotel lobby and in-room dining.
