On the heels of The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale multi-million dollar renovation comes news of a new restaurant coming to the hotel later this year, Burlock Coast Seafare & Spirits.
Described as "more than just a restaurant" it'll feature a seafood heavy menu from chef de cuisine Gavin Pera, an elaborate bar program with a wide variety of rums and a marketplace selling items from vendors like Panther Coffee, Zak the Baker and Miami Smokers.
The space is currently under construction, but is slated to open November 2015 on the first floor of the hotel at 1 North Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily.
