Tonight Peruvian concept Pisco y Nazca opens its doors inside The Palms at Town & Country Plaza in Kendall. Helmed by chef Miguel Fernandez, formerly of Gastón Acurio’s La Mar in San Francisco, it features a menu of ceviches along with a mix of large and small plates like lomo saltado and even its take on the burger. The space features a self-described "energetic ambiance," which is fitting since its designed by Celano Design Studios, the same group behind the interior designs of spaces like STK and Bagatelle, showcases an open layout, bright colors and patio seating. The restaurant is now open daily for lunch and dinner 8405 Mills Drive, Suite 206 in Kendall with a location coming to Downtown Doral in 2016.
