Brad Kilgore is putting his cooking talents to good use. The executive chef of Alter has signed on to be the consulting chef at the just announced The Wynwood Yard food truck addition, Vibe 305. The two-year old food truck is operated by men from non-profit Empowered Youth, an organization that helps provide inner city young men with training, mentorship and job opportunities.
On Kilgore’s revamped menu expect American cuisine with a twist like kimchi topped hot dogs, short rib reubens, celery root slaw and French fries with umami mayo. Vibe 305 will make its debut with the rest of Wynwood Yard come November 14.
