Mega pastry chef Dominique Ansel, like most New York City residents, is heading down to Miami for Art Basel this year — and is bringing his soft serve with him. On December 2 and 3 he will be teaming up with The Setai, Miami Beach to host a pop-up soft serve shop inside the hotel. The shop will feature two flavors including Burrata Soft Serve with balsamic caramel, confit strawberry and micro basil and the just-for-Miami Caramel Stout Soft Serve made with chocolate "caviar" and sea salt brownie. Each ice cream cone will run $7. The pop-up will be open from noon to midnight on December 2 and 3 (or until it sells out).
