Bonjour, Ladurée. The Parisian macaron pros have just opened a two-month long pop-up cafe inside the Chrome Hearts boutique in the Design District. Open from now through the end of January, the cafe serves a complete sweet and savory menu — unlike its South Beach counterpart that only sells the sweet stuff.
The indoor/outdoor Ladurée cafe features everything from ice cream and milkshakes to club sandwiches and salads. There will also offer a limited edition macaron box with illustrations from Chrome Hearts’ Pete Punk Offspring line. The cafe is now open 402 NE 2nd Avenue from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday through January 31.
