Chef Shuffles at Apeiro and Touché

As the year is winding down to a close, Miami.com is reporting that two chefs won’t be onboard with their respective restaurants come 2016.

First up is former Top Chef contestant Carla Pellegrino who has led the kitchen at Touché Rooftop Lounge and Restaurant – famously housed on the rooftop of E11even Miami – since early 2014. She tells Miami.com that she is heading back to Las Vegas, but has no immediate plans set yet.

Then there comes news that the newly opened Midtown Miami restaurant, Aperio, has parted ways with its chef and partner David Blonsky. No word on why he has left the restaurant, but Miami.com notes that chef de cuisine Anthony Sitek will now be responsible for overseeing the cuisine. Stay tuned for more updates.
