It's prime season for restaurant openings, and we have another one to add to the list —33 in Coconut Grove opening this Saturday at 3195 Commodore Plaza. The Peruvian restaurant helmed by Sebastian Fernandez features a menu based on simplicity, boasting no more than six ingredients per dish. Diners can expect traditional Peruvian fare like snapper tiradito, cured tuna, quinoa salad and Peruvian style fried rice. As for drinks it features a variety of local craft beers and a "carefully curated wine menu." The restaurant will be open for dinner every night expect Tuesday beginning December 5, with lunch and brunch service in the works. Call 786-899-0336 to reserve your seat.
