After the craziness of this week's South Beach Wine and Food Festival calms down, the second outpost of the NYC's popular Quality Meats will officially open inside the Bancroft Hotel on South Beach the week of February 23.
As you can see in the images above, the signs are up and the patio is set inside the restaurant that, "will retain the classic Deco features of the building while infusing it with the feeling of family owned butcher shops."
The 200-seat, two-floor restaurant will have the hotel's former check-in desk serve as a butcher counter with cured foods available for purchase, the former reception desk is now as a service bar, and a custom meat-hook chandelier is the centerpiece for the main bar and lounge. [EaterWire]
