Piripi Just A Few Days Away From Opening

Aims to get people tipsy

Take a look at the the wine case that covers the entire wall of the soon-to-be open Piripi restaurant. Seems appropriate since Piripi is Spanish slang for "happy," "tipsy" or "feeling a little bit buzzed."

The restaurant is scheduled to open "early March" we are told inside Village of Merrick Park with Spanish-Basque chef Najat Kaanache at the kitchen’s helm. Stay tuned for more details. [EaterWire]
