When you think of fine dining, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino isn't usually the first place that comes to mind — but it looks like they're trying to change that.
Coming this Spring to the gaming mecca is Kuro, described in its press release as, "a sophisticated, social and interactive Japanese restaurant" that'll serve up "New Style Japanese cuisine" by Executive Chef Alex Becker.
