As we head into the second half of 2016 we want to continue to assemble a tidy roster of freelance contributors. Our ideal candidate is a proficient and resourceful writer who is disturbingly curious about every aspect of the Miami restaurant world. From that new oyster bar down the street (no, not that one, the other one) to the latest, ludicrous twists on artisanal grilled cheese, you know what's up. No trend is too obscure, no development too banal for you to parse ad nauseum.
